Saying what needs to be said to others is a very important part of leadership at Stefanini, especially when it comes to Performance Management. In this course, we cover how to get into a calm mindset for these conversations and walk through some common scenarios. We address conflict including the difference between healthy and unhealthy conflict, style options for approaching conflict, avoiding drama, and helping our team resolve conflict and continue to work productively together.
