Foundational Expectations

Angelli Lara Agustin

If you are not the newest person on your team at Stefanini, and maybe even if you are, you are likely a leader. A leader is someone we look to for direction or vision, they help us to see where we are going.  We look to them as role models to understand how to behave, communicate, and interact. What we see in leaders is what we then believe to be normal and accepted in that team. We ask leaders questions expecting them to know the answers or at least know where to point us to those answers. Chances are, you are exploring this Foundational Expectations course as a part of our Leadership Series in Stefanini University because you recognize you are a leader and want to do that well. Watch as Jan Dietz, the Senior Manager of Learning & Development for North America and Asia Pacific for Stefanini, shares some Foundational Expectations and models that help us be the best possible leaders we can at Stefanini in the following videos. Let’s get started!
